As the head coach at 7 different universities over 34 seasons, Dave registered 865 career wins. Following a standout collegiate playing career at Creighton, he served as an assistant coach for four seasons before his first head coaching position.
Schrage's 133 wins at Butler are fourth-most in program history before his retirement in 2022.Before joining Butler, Schrage won 732 games during head coaching stops at SDSU, Notre Dame, Evansville, Northern Illinois, Northern Iowa, and Waldorf (Iowa).
He coached players who had earned all-conference honors 75 times and 47 of his former student-athletes have gone on to play professionally. Ten of his players have earned Freshman All-American accolades.
Schrage began his collegiate coaching career as a graduate assistant at St. Thomas University (Fla.) in 1984. He later returned to his alma mater, Creighton University, as an assistant coach for two seasons.
From 1986-87, Schrage coached the Queensland Rams club team in Brisbane, Australia, before returning stateside as he gained his first head coaching job at Waldorf College, a junior college in Forest City, Iowa (1988-90).
Todd is an experienced business leader with 10+ years in athletics, fundraising, sales, compliance, and facilities management.
He grew a Sports Tech Market $0- $1 Million in less than 24 months.
Todd’s athletic experience includes all-time leader in putouts at Purdue University and is an academic all-state.

Zach Parker joins The Velo Hero as our Executive Director of Sales. Zach is a graduate of Butler University and the distinguished Lacy School of Business.
He has experience in the insurance industry working as a commercial lines agent selling property & casualty insurance for OVD. Zach also has worked for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in their claims department.
Parker played baseball for the Butler Bulldogs while in college. He was a catcher and also a member of the team’s leadership committee.
During his career he also worked as a catching instructor at Mojo Up Sports Complex.

Ryan's professional journey includes a successful tenure as a Commercial Account Executive at ERS Wireless, where he excelled in nurturing existing relationships and expanding client base.
In the realm of baseball, Ryan's achievements are equally impressive. He has a rich history in the sport, from playing at Franklin College to coaching at Franklin Central and Beech Grove High School. His dedication extends to youth baseball as well, where he serves as Head Coach for the HS Age (2027 graduating class) at Baseball Academic Midwest (BAM) and as Director of Talent Acquisition/Team Recruiting for BAM.
Beyond his professional and baseball accomplishments, Ryan is a loving family man, married to Hannah Kendall for six years and the proud parent of Landyn (7) and Makenna (4). They are also expecting their third child, a girl, in March.
